Psychotherapy

For individuals located in Massachusetts or New York who are seeking deeper psychological support during periods of transition, grief, burnout, relationship change, identity shifts, anxiety, depression, or emotional disconnection.

This work is grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy, with a particular foundation in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and is designed for women seeking more than symptom management alone. ACT focuses on helping women develop greater psychological flexibility: the ability to remain present with difficult thoughts and emotions while moving toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned with their values.

Together, we focus not only on reducing suffering, but on understanding the patterns, roles, and internal narratives that may have once helped you survive but may no longer fit the life you are trying to build.

Offerings may include

  • Individual psychotherapy
  • 12 session package
  • Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy when clinically appropriate
  • 2-day intensive therapy experiences
  • Ongoing maintenance therapy following completion of an initial package

All therapy services begin with a psychological assessment to determine fit and level of care.

Available in-person and via telehealth for clients in MA and NY
